Read all of the care and handling information entirely...We cannot be held responsible in situations where you "didnt read that" or "didnt see or know that". We provide the information to you that we do and have worked hard to get this information together so you are more than adequately prepared and enabled to take care of your new animal(s). Please use the information provided to provide the best living environment and conditions possible. Remeber, we are here to help! 2. Take care of the animals needs. Just as if you are neglected, you may become sick, malnourished, and stressed, so does an animal. It is important that you meet the needs of your new animal, as described and outlined in the different links on the site (to the left). If you do not meet the needs of your animal and are neglectful, you can only expect the worst results. However, if you meet the needs of your animal and give it the attention it requires, you will find that it will flourish through the days of its life. 3. If you have a problem, contact us immediately. This is a very imporant if you encounter a problem. We value the life of and stand behind our animals 100%. This means through the steps of shipping to settling the animal in its new home and beyond. If you notice a problem and do not contact us until the animal dies, or 3 days after it hasnt been eating, we consider this neglectful. Please contact us if you notice an animal becoming lethargic, or a baby not eating on by the second day, or in other cases where you are instructed to contact us immediately. 4.
